AIM Physical Therapy treats knee pain to restore motion of the knee joint. Physical therapy will improve knee joint function and flexibility.
The knee joint plays a major role in weight bearing activities. Proper range of motion and strength allow for:
- Ascending and descending stairs
- Smooth transitioning to and from sitting
- Comfortable lifting to and from the floor
Whether due to a sports injury or an arthritic condition, changes in knee function can be painful and limit daily functioning. Chronic knee pain may affect sitting, standing and functional mobility.
We will provide a thorough evaluation followed by prompt therapeutic treatment. We will discuss changes in function and work to develop goals to meet your specific needs.
